Project Management
Ben project manages and oversees every job himself. Priding himself on open, honest, and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, alongside a deep understanding of the construction industry. He has an extensive team of respected tradespeople around him that he can call on when required to ensure the project runs smoothly and without delays. Ben takes a proactive and strategic approach to risk management, with meticulous attention to detail. You can rest assured that your build is in very capable hands.
Construction
At TBE Build, we work exclusively with the Registered Master Build contracts. These contracts provide clarity, while also giving homeowners peace of mind that their builder is a licensed professional. We work closely with the architect and engineer on every project, ensuring all care is taken during the construction process. We offer complete transparency on all invoices, which leads to greater trust, potentially lower overall costs due to fewer surprises and earlier risk identification, and a faster project completion time through phased construction and early contractor engagement. This approach allows the client to understand all project costs and participate more actively in decision-making.
Interior Design
Tamzyn Adding has an honours degree in Visual Communications and has established a successful interiors brand, Miss Lolo, which was sold earlier in 2025. She’s an avid art collector with an eclectic style. She likes to work directly with the homeowners to ascertain their style and inject their aesthetic back into their home. She can assist with selecting paint colours and finishes, right through to the complete look of the space, including assistance in picking the perfect furniture pieces and artwork to really bring the space to life.
